| Sophisticated Service Level Management for High-Quality Service |
SKYnet’s Service Level Management (SLM) features facilitate delivery of the highest quality broadband services in the most economical manner. These features enable individual provisioning per terminal according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) made with customers, application sensitive Quality Of Service (QoS), Inbound and Outbound setting of Committed Information Rate (CIR) and Peak/Maximum Information Rate (PIR) per each remote gateway. SKYnet enables multiple priority levels between remote gateways competing for bandwidth, as well as customer grouping to in order to implement different service levels, or isolate remote gateways from one customer to the others.
